Meet Kevin

I am so excited to run for Select Board in Danvers, where I was raised and am raising my family with my wife, Sarah. We have three daughters, two in Danvers Public Schools, and one in college.  

I attended Thorpe and Great Oak elementary schools, Dunn Middle School, and graduated from St. John's Prep.

Following graduation, I proudly served in the United States Army in a Military Intelligence role. I deployed to Iraq in 2006 and to Georgia (the country) in 2008-9 with additional duty stations in Germany and Italy. I served on active duty from 2003 to 2009 and then as a reservist until 2013. I'm proud to be a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

In my civilian career I've worked in the defense and aerospace industry in cybersecurity including at Raytheon and the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory. I've held a number of people and technical leadership positions including as a Manager, Associate Director, and Group Leader. Since 2023, I have worked as civilian employee of the Department of Defense performing cybersecurity audits of Government contractors.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts degree from the Defense Language Institute.  I hold cybersecurity and information technology certifications from ISC2, Microsoft, Cisco, and others.
